01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WA Direct Message PRO iOS application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App and delete it from your device.

02 Description of Service

WA Direct Message PRO is a productivity utility tool designed for iOS devices. It allows users to initiate a WhatsApp chat without having to save the recipient's phone number to their device's address book. The App utilizes features such as local chat history, quick message templates, and native OCR (Optical Character Recognition) scanning to facilitate this process.

04 User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using the App, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You specifically agree NOT to use the App to:

• Send spam, bulk messages, or automated commercial communications.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or violate the legal rights of others.
• Send messages that are illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

05 In-App Purchases and PRO Version

WA Direct Message PRO offers a premium version via a one-time In-App Purchase ("PRO Version").

• Transactions: All payments are processed securely through Apple Inc. via the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
• Refunds: Because payments are processed by Apple, any refund requests must be directed to Apple Customer Support in accordance with Apple's App Store refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Feature Availability: We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features within the free or PRO versions of the App in future updates, though we strive to maintain the core functionalities promised at the time of your purchase.

06 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to code, design, text, graphics, logos, and UI/UX elements—are owned by the developer of WA Direct Message PRO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without our explicit written consent.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App.

Furthermore, because the App relies on the public URL scheme of a third-party service (WhatsApp), we cannot guarantee that the App will continue to function if WhatsApp changes its API, URL schemes, or policies.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer of WA Direct Message PRO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• The suspension or banning of your WhatsApp account.
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the OCR scanning feature.
• Any unauthorized access to your device resulting from your failure to secure it.

09 Privacy

Your privacy is fundamentally important to us. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, which states that we process your data locally and do not collect or sell your personal information.

10 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect (e.g., via an update note in the App Store or a notice within the App). By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
